Why Asking for Help is NOT a Sign of Weakness

Why Asking for Help is NOT a Sign of Weakness

The other day, I decided to do a Periscope broadcast on asking for help because I’ve come to understand that so many of us have an incredibly difficult time asking for help, but we have no problem giving it. The broadcast had the most replay viewers of any of my previous broadcasts. It made me realize that I’m not the only one with this problem—and it’s something that God has been trying to work out of me, slowly but surely.

If you find you’re one of those people who have a really hard time asking for and accepting help, you should watch this video and take the challenge I’ve given at the end. Your life—and your health—will be all the better for it!

What is one are of your life you need help in and what is stopping you from asking for the help you need?
